Challenge
A well-known high-end drone company: Researching how to improve power conversion efficiency so that the aircraft has better flight performance. Weight reduction of high-capacity batteries is an industry-wide problem, and there is no way to achieve a breakthrough. Finding a weight reduction solution from the drone body is the only option.
Countermeasures
·The customer approached RPS again in March this year and worked with RPS to jointly develop a weight reduction solution for drones.
·Lightweight use of experience in special-shaped UAV molding process, combined with RPS's rapid tooling technology, formulated three different weight reduction plans based on weight reduction requirements, and passed the performance test very quickly. The first batch of 150 The order for a set of fully broken fiber drones was also successfully delivered.
